I think you'll love Bob's products as much as we do, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, Coral Calcium Direct and Bob's Best are proud to offer a 90 Day - 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

Because Coral Calcium Direct / Bob’s Best cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this guarantee applies only to products that were purchased from our website at or from our company representatives directly via phone communication, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

Within 90 days of the purchase date of any product from our company, you may return the original product and packaging for a full refund. We will refund the purchase price of one opened bottle and all unopened bottles (minus shipping and handling). You must return the product packaging to qualify for the refund.

Our guarantee lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Please include a brief note explaining the reason for the return and provide your order number, name and address or a copy of your original invoice. Orders paid by credit card will be refunded to the card holders account, Paypal, through the account on file and orders paid by any other means will be refunded by company check. Please allow 2 weeks after receipt of any return for your refund.

If you are shipping items valued over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned package.
